Robert came by in an emergency situation when my sewer drain failed due to breakage. I explained the work I thought necessary with him over the phone and emails and he quoted a very fair price to repair. When he came out to inspect and dig up the area where the pipe lay to fix it, we found out a second pipe was involved, which required more work and further repair than originally thought. We figured out a new fair price and he took care of everything the same day! He used quality materials and completed the job with care and expertise. He also took a lot of time making sure the very, very heavy and large pavers which needed to be moved when digging, where placed back perfectly, leaving my backyard in the same beautiful condition as before he arrived. Immediate 5 star review. I had an issue with my toilet running and tried to fix it on my own. After accepting that I am not Bob the Builder, I reached out over the weekend trying to schedule an appointment for Monday. They were able to accommodate me for Sunday. The owner Robert is right there in the trenches answering calls and emails. He connected me with Mario who came out and assessed the issue. Admittedly, I didn't fully understand what he was recommending at first, but Mario was really patient and really explaining things and came back when I called after 15 (ish) minutes to get the first part of the repairs done. This is an awesome company! I had searched for a couple of company's and they either didn't answer the phone or they were a service charge just to get a quote. But when I called A Team plumbing Robert answered right away and I explained my problem he said no problem I can be there around 5-530 and sure enough he was. He looked at the situation And said no problem and quoted me a price I said ok I'll let you know when we need it done I called him about a week later And he came the next day and was here a couple of hours and was done with the job. We had a sticky situation when our toddler flush and Unknown object down the toilet, which after three days of plunging would not budge. These guys came over on a Sunday within a couple hours and fixed us right up. At first, it appeared it appeared they were going to need to take more aggressive/expensive route to solve the problem. It was explained to me and was going to be three or four times the price of the initial quote, not to mention much more invasive and time consuming. I eventually agreed, wondering if I was being had, but wouldn’t you know it, they were able to come up with another solution, which kept it at the same price (against their financial interest to be sure). Our alcove bath tub was clogged and needed a new stopper. The stopper was damaged and a special tool was needed to unscrew it out. Even with the special tool the broken stopper refused to come out... but A Team Plumbing didn't towel in the towel.
